Natural human-computer language interface


People have been successful for 100's of thousands of years+ prior to computers. Only recently have we had to endure two-dimensional user interfaces (GUI) to move forward and succeed. These computer centric interfaces are extremely limited in terms of who can understand and use them. 

Natural language interfaces are now possible and fully implemented will return people to their natural experience of using language. Only this time with computers. 

We focus on making this happen in products. Designing the product from the interface with language as the centerpiece for software or hardware.


Creating a language interface to a product requires an evangelism and religion about moving in this direction.  Many years of user interfaces will resist the change.

 Enable EVERYONE !

By providing language interfaces our products and others like it (Amazon Echo 'Alexa', Google Home) we allow ANYONE, from 2 yr olds to older people, to actually use and interact with computers. We also enable the access to features many products have that most people don't use due to the complexity of user interfaces.

Further, we enable Collective Human Artificial Intelligence, for everybody. 

Hartificial Intelligence

This is the ability for people using products to add/retrieve their knowledge to the collective by using their voice alone. Done right, there is no need for programmers or designers to extend products. We can allow grandma, grandpa, mom, dad or anyone to add what they know to their or the world's knowledge base. This knowledge can be anything from facts, rules, goals, procedures etc... or even ways to evolve the language itself. e.g. "pump it up" means "turn up the volume a lot".

Hartificial Intelligence also incorporates the computer portion, Artificial Intelligence, beyond the human provided knowledge with procedural processes and deductive & inductive reasoning.



Single purpose physical objects are perfect for people. People are able to understand and master them physically. The devices exist in the same four dimensional space a person does and not in an abstract user interface "in" a computer or phone that needs to be discovered. To people, they exist. They may even develop an attachment to them. This is great.

Ambient devices are visible at all times and when designed with a small set of function are easy to quickly understand, and thus mastered. 

Natural language interfaces can now enhance these devices to reduce the complexity of using them even further. No longer are buttons, knobs or displays need to be "understood" when people can now talk with the device. Ambient devices can be as simple as a ruler, calculator, clock or even complex like a clothes washer. But now a washer with NO buttons, nothing to understand, only language that people already know.

Machine Learning


Deep machine learning provides the basis for language, prediction and inevitably ease of use for people using current and future products.  This learning is not in isolation but networked in both a cloud based central manner but also a peer to peer distributed mechanism.
